Consultation fees, cancellations and refunds

Online OPD consultation fees are payable in advance to confirm an appointment. Cancelling more than 2 hours before the consultation is fully refundable; cancelling within 2 hours, or not joining, is refunded at 50%. If the doctor cancels, does not join, or a technical failure prevents the consultation, the fee is refunded in full and we rebook you free of charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically reach the bank in 5–7 working days. Online consultations are not for emergencies.
